Description
Three adults, or two with a dog and wet gear, fit inside the Tamarack without rubbing shoulders. A short cross-pole over the top of the dome pulls the walls outward to create 3.9 square meters (42 sq ft) of livable floor and 112 cm (44 in) of peak height.
Two large D-shaped doors open onto vestibules deep enough for packs and boots, and roof vents with kickstands stay open in rain. The fly is 20-denier ripstop polyester, which sags less than nylon when wet, over a 30-denier floor with a 3000 mm hydrostatic head. The packed weight of 2.2 kg (4 lb 14 oz) splits easily between two packs, with poles in one and body and fly in the other.
Includes ten aluminum stakes, reflective guylines and a compression stuff sack. Shown in terracotta with stone gray accents.
