A 2.5-layer recycled nylon shell with a waterproof-breathable membrane, the Stormcove is built for the kind of weather that settles in for the whole afternoon. Fully taped seams, a PFAS-free water repellent finish and a laminated brim on the three-way adjustable hood keep rain off your face without blocking peripheral vision.
Pit zips run 30 cm (12 in) along each side for dumping heat on climbs, and the two hand pockets sit high enough to clear a hipbelt. An internal drop pocket holds a phone or folded map. At 340 g (12 oz) in a men’s medium, it stuffs into its own left pocket, which has a carabiner loop for clipping to a harness or pack strap.
The regular fit leaves room for a fleece underneath. Machine wash cold and tumble dry low to reactivate the finish. Shown in moss green with charcoal zipper garages.
