Description
Slateford designed the Stillwind as the layer you never take off on a winter climb. It uses 80 g/m² air-permeable synthetic insulation that vents moisture during hard efforts but traps warmth once you stop, all inside a 20-denier nylon shell that sheds wind and light snow.
A high collar and scooped back hem protect your core, and the armholes are cut close so it layers smoothly under a hardshell without bunching under a harness. Stretch side panels add reach. Two zippered hand pockets and an internal mesh pocket are the only features, keeping the weight at 210 g (7.4 oz). It packs into its own hand pocket.
Pairs well with the Alder Col Softshell Hoodie or any technical fleece. Machine washable and quick to dry. Shown in deep plum with black trim.
