Description
Full terry loops from toe to cuff make the Nightfall the warmest sock in the Mossgrove range, designed for winter mountaineering, snowshoeing, ice fishing and padding around a cold cabin. Its 80% merino content is higher than in the brand’s hiking socks, trading a bit of durability for extra warmth and softness.
The over-the-calf height adds warmth under insulated pants and stops ski boot tongues from rubbing the shin. The heel and toe are reinforced with a denser nylon blend where wear is highest. Wool insulates even when damp, which makes it a reliable choice for multi-day trips. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and lay flat to dry to keep the terry lofty. Shown in burgundy with a charcoal heel and toe.
