Light enough to wear while moving and warm enough for a lunch stop on a windy ridge, the Rookhill sits between a fleece and a puffy. Its 60 g/m² stretch synthetic insulation breathes well under exertion, and the air-permeable nylon shell lets excess heat escape instead of trapping sweat.
The men’s cut is trim through the body with articulated elbows, and the scuba-style hood fits snugly under a helmet. Two hand pockets and a chest pocket use low-profile zips, and thumb loops keep the cuffs in place under gloves. At 380 g (13.4 oz) it packs into its chest pocket for stashing in a daypack.
A good match for backcountry skiing, winter trail running and fast spring hikes. Machine wash warm and tumble dry. Shown in slate blue with an ochre hood lining.
