Meadowbrook Recycled Wool Camp Blanket

Campfire evenings, truck-bed stargazing and, once the season ends, the back of the sofa: the Meadowbrook is a heavy, warm blanket woven from 70% recycled wool and 30% recycled polyester. Wool resists sparks far better than synthetic fleece and keeps you warm even in damp evening air.

It measures 150 x 200 cm (59 x 79 in), large enough for two, and weighs 1.9 kg (4.2 lb). The edges are finished with a sturdy whipstitch, and a cotton webbing strap wraps it into a tidy roll for the car. The wool is reclaimed from garment offcuts and re-spun, which avoids the water and dye used to make new yarn. Spot clean or dry clean, and air it on a line between trips.
