Sunnyside Folding Frying Pan

Description

Eggs slide right off the Sunnyside’s ceramic nonstick surface, which is applied without PFAS and stands up to occasional metal utensils better than older coatings, though a wooden or silicone spatula will keep it looking new far longer. The 20 cm (8 in) pan is spun from 3 mm aluminum with a thicker base disk that spreads heat evenly over a single stove burner, so the edges cook nearly as fast as the center.

Its stainless handle folds over the rim for packing and locks open with a spring clip, with a heat-resistant silicone grip. The pan weighs 330 g (11.6 oz) and fits over most 1.5 liter pots as a lid. Hand wash with a soft sponge and avoid heating it empty on high. Shown in burgundy with a graphite black cooking surface.
