Description
A three-layer waterproof shell pant for alpine climbing and ski mountaineering in severe weather. The face fabric is a 40-denier recycled nylon ripstop bonded to a waterproof, breathable membrane, with fully taped seams and a PFAS-free water-repellent outer finish.
Full-length side zippers let you pull the pant on or off over boots and crampons and double as vents on steep climbs. There is a high back panel, removable suspenders, reinforced instep patches and an internal snow gaiter at each hem. The single thigh pocket holds a phone and doubles as a stuff sack; the whole pant packs into it. It weighs 450 g (15.9 oz) in a men’s medium. Wash with a technical cleaner, then tumble dry to restore water repellency. Shown in rust red.
