Description
Stridewell tested the Splitpace through summer long runs and interval sessions, and the result is a 42 g (1.5 oz) cap that feels closer to a sweatband with a brim. The body is a stretch-woven recycled polyester with laser-perforated side panels, and it dries in about 15 minutes after a soaking.
A terry-lined sweatband absorbs sweat before it reaches your eyes, and the soft, flexible brim folds in half so the cap stows in a shorts pocket. Reflective details on the back and sides improve visibility in low light, and the elastic toggle cord at the back won’t catch your hair. Machine washable with the rest of your running kit. Shown in cobalt blue with a charcoal underbrim.
