Verglas Softshell Glove

Description

Thin and weather resistant, the Verglas is the softshell glove for fast ascents, cold-morning scrambles and uphill ski touring, when an insulated glove would soak through with sweat. It combines a four-way stretch shell, a light brushed fleece lining, a durable synthetic suede palm with a silicone grip pattern, and a touchscreen-compatible thumb and forefinger.

It blocks wind and sheds light snow thanks to a PFAS-free water repellent, though it isn’t waterproof. The low-profile cuff slides under a jacket sleeve. At 72 g (2.5 oz) per pair, it disappears into a pocket when you don’t need it and layers under an insulated mitten on colder days. Machine wash cold and hang to dry.
