Mend Field Repair Kit

Description

Tent pole snaps, torn jackets and peeling soles all happen far from a gear shop. The Mend kit packs the fixes into a 12 x 18 cm zippered pouch weighing 115 g (4 oz): a tent pole splint sleeve, adhesive ripstop and clear film patches, a tube of flexible urethane adhesive, two meters of repair tape wound on a card, a curved needle with heavy nylon thread, spare buckles and a cord lock.

A waterproof illustrated guide walks through the most common field repairs step by step, and every component can be restocked individually as you use it. The kit is small enough to live permanently in a hiking pack, and the pouch has a grab loop for hanging in a gear closet. Shown in rust orange with a charcoal zipper.
