Description

Shock-absorbing springs in the lower shaft soften the impact of long downhill stretches on knees and wrists, and a twist of the upper section locks the springs out when you’d rather have a solid plant. The three-section aluminum Scarp adjusts from 105 to 140 cm and collapses to 64 cm.

Cork grips with a slight forward angle keep wrists in a neutral position, and the wide, breathable straps are lined with a soft brushed fabric. The pair weighs 540 g (1.2 lb). Carbide tips, rubber walking feet and small trekking baskets are included, and the baskets swap for Harrow Peak snow baskets in winter. Wipe the grips with a damp cloth and let them air dry.
