Description
Box-wall baffles through the torso stop down from shifting and eliminate the cold spots you get along stitch lines, which is why the Kettlebrook runs noticeably warmer than a sewn-through jacket of similar weight. It holds 170 g (6 oz) of 850-fill-power responsibly sourced down inside a 15-denier recycled nylon shell, for a total weight of 440 g (15.5 oz).
The insulated hood has a low-profile adjuster at the back and fits over a climbing helmet or beanie. Deep hand pockets are placed above a pack hipbelt, and two internal drop pockets keep gloves and water bottles from freezing overnight. The hem cinches with drawcords at both sides.
Suited to winter hiking, ski touring rest stops and cold camps. Stuffs into an included 3 liter compression sack and is backed by a lifetime warranty on materials and workmanship. Shown in glacier blue with navy trim.
