Description
Designed for the 800 m through 5,000 m, the Kick balances a stiff forefoot for sprint finishes with just enough heel foam to stay comfortable over 12 laps. A glass-fiber-reinforced spike plate has six removable pin positions and ships with 6 mm (1/4-inch) pyramid spikes and a spike wrench; check local rules before racing.
The upper is a thin, sock-like mesh with a minimal lace cage and an unstructured heel, and the whole shoe weighs 140 g (4.9 oz) in a men’s US 9. With longer spikes it doubles as a cross-country shoe, although the low heel suits firm courses best. After wet sessions, rinse off grit and let the shoes dry naturally to protect the spike threads. Shown in cherry red with a white spike plate.
