Description
Rather than a hard medial post, the Keel 3 steadies overpronation with raised foam sidewalls that work like guide rails, catching the foot only when it starts to roll inward late in a run. The firmer inner rail and a broad heel footprint suit runners who want support without the clunky feel of older stability shoes.
A 36 mm heel and 28 mm forefoot stack gives an 8 mm drop. The double-layer mesh upper has a stretch-knit collar, and the toe box is roomy enough for orthotics or thicker winter socks. Flex grooves in the blown rubber outsole follow the natural bend of the foot. Weight is 290 g (10.2 oz) in a men’s US 9, and wide widths are available in most sizes. Shown in deep navy with silver-grey overlays and a white midsole.
