Description
The Crag Sprint is for short, fast trail events: vertical kilometers, skyraces and quick 10K courses. A thin carbon-fiber plate adds propulsion without the height of a road racer, and a 24 mm heel stack with a 6 mm drop keeps it stable on uneven ground. Aggressive 5 mm lugs in sticky rubber hold on steep climbs. Shown in lime green with black overlays, midsole and outsole.
The upper is a sock-like mesh with a minimal overlay cage and quick-pull laces that lock down with one tug. At 215 g (7.6 oz) in a men’s US 9, it is 70 g lighter than the Ridgeline Trail 3. The fit is snug and race-focused, so try it on with the socks you plan to race in. Expect around 250 miles (400 km) before the lugs wear low.
