Double-wall titanium keeps coffee hot without scorching your lips, a common complaint with single-wall metal mugs. The Cinder holds 450 ml (15 oz) to the brim, with graduated markings every 100 ml, and weighs just 106 g (3.7 oz). Folding wire handles tuck flat against the sides so it slides into a hip-belt pocket or a cook pot.
Because the walls are sealed, it should never go on a stove, but the air gap between them gives it a noticeable edge in heat retention over plastic insulated mugs. The press-fit silicone lid has a sip slot and a steam vent and is BPA-free. Titanium doesn’t hold flavors, so switching from coffee to soup to an evening whiskey needs only a rinse.
