An affordable way into overnight backpacking, the Trek 50 has the features that matter and skips the ones that add cost. An aluminum stay and plastic framesheet support loads up to 16 kg (35 lb), and the torso length adjusts in five positions on a hook-and-loop panel.
Pack through the top or open the lower zipper to reach a sleeping bag compartment. The lid has one large pocket, the hip belt has two, and stretch side pockets take bottles. A hydration sleeve, trekking pole loops and a rain cover stored in a base pocket are all included. Fabric is 600-denier recycled polyester with a polyurethane coating, and total weight is 1.75 kg (3 lb 14 oz).
