Waypoint 250 Headlamp

Powered by three AAA batteries, included, the Waypoint is a dependable 250 lumen headlamp for camping, power outages and household projects, and spare batteries are sold almost everywhere. High, low, red and strobe modes all run from one large button.

Expect about 5 hours on high and 45 hours on low with fresh alkaline cells; rechargeable NiMH batteries work too. The lamp tilts down for reading or cooking, and the sealed battery compartment is rated IPX4 against rain. It weighs 86 g (3 oz) with batteries, and the lamp is covered by a two-year warranty.
