Description
A full rectangular cut, 86 x 203 cm (34 x 80 in), and a cotton flannel lining make the Hearth 40 feel more like bedding from home than a nylon sack. It is rated to 40°F (4°C), suited to summer campgrounds, cabins and the spare bed when relatives visit.
The fill is a lofty hollow-fiber polyester, and the shell is a soft brushed polyester. A zipper runs around three sides so the bag opens flat as a blanket or zips to a second Hearth for a double. An internal pocket holds a phone or glasses near the pillow. The bag rolls up and ties with two attached straps, no stuff sack wrestling required. Weight is 2.3 kg (5 lb 1 oz).
Machine washable; tumble dry on low. Shown in burgundy with a sand and burgundy plaid flannel lining.
