Description

Heel and forefoot sit at the same height on the Plumb, 25 mm each, encouraging a midfoot strike and a more natural stride. A wide, foot-shaped toe box lets toes spread on landing, and the moderate cushioning makes it a practical transition shoe for runners moving from a traditional drop toward barefoot-style running.

The upper is a durable ripstop mesh with minimal overlays and a flat, lightly padded tongue. A translucent gum rubber outsole runs the full length for traction on pavement and gravel paths. Weight is 235 g (8.3 oz) in a men’s US 9. It is fully vegan, and the removable 4 mm insole can come out for more ground feel. Transition gradually, starting with shorter runs so your calves and Achilles have time to adapt.
