Tempo runs, progression runs and race days when a full carbon shoe feels like too much: this is where the Lark 4 fits. A flexible nylon plate sits between two layers of responsive foam for a snappy toe-off without the stiffness of a race plate. The heel stack is 35 mm with an 8 mm drop, built on a women’s last with a narrower heel and a lower instep volume.

The monofilament mesh upper is thin and breathable enough to see light through, paired with a lightly padded tongue and a heel counter that holds without rubbing. At 210 g (7.4 oz) in a women’s US 8, it feels quick on the foot without being fragile. A full-length rubber outsole with a fine herringbone pattern grips wet asphalt and track surfaces. Shown in deep teal with coral accents and a white midsole.
